When the students come back, the orders change. There are team dinners, club nights and group orders, and the person placing the order is usually feeding a lot more people than themselves.

We work with a lot of student groups across our shops, and it's one of the best parts of what we do. From the outside, a group order is just a big order. From the kitchen it looks different, because it's almost always attached to something the people in the room care about, whether that's a team, a club or a group of friends who finally have the same night free. The pizza is rarely the point of the evening, but it tends to be what keeps the evening going, and we like being the part of the night that's handled.

It also helps to know where the deals are when a group is splitting the bill. Wings are 50% off on Mondays, which means a table full of people can add wings to the pizza without the total getting out of hand. If your club or team has a standing Monday meeting, that's worth writing down.
